Mitsubishi’s sales took a dive in 2025 — both overall and in the fourth quarter.
The brand moved 94,754 units in 2025, down 13 percent from the 109,843 vehicles it sold in 2025. For the fourth quarter, the brand was down 21 percent — it fell from 27,125 to 21,354.
Most of its vehicles were down year-over-year, except for the Outlander Sport, which was up 35 percent from 2024 to 2025, and the Eclipse Cross, which was up 37 percent.
Mitsubishi sold 1,094 units of the on-the-way-out Mirage in the fourth quarter of 2025, and 14,577 for the year. It sold 9,742 in the fourth quarter of 2024 and 29,766 for the whole year in 2024. So that is an 88 percent decrease for the fourth quarter and 51 percent for the year.
