Exterior Introduction

This Pantheon grille—something Rolls-Royce is famous for—features a black chrome finish as part of the Black Badge package. Taking in the entire front end, it looks sharp and menacing.

Welcome to Drive Culture. I’m Jonathan Rivers, and today I’m looking at a 2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge. I’ll explain why this model represents the peak of ultra-luxury and performance. We’ll cover the exterior, interior, and powertrain. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to drive it today since this car is currently for sale, but I’ll still walk you through its performance details.

If this is the kind of content you’re here for, or if you’re new to the channel, consider subscribing. Let’s get started.

Pricing & Background

This is a bespoke, ultra-luxury vehicle—the first of its kind on the channel. Thanks to the team at Vegas Auto Gallery, I’m able to go through the car in detail and highlight the craftsmanship in this nearly half-million-dollar Rolls-Royce.

If you’re in the area, the gallery is right off I-15 and visible from the freeway. This Ghost is just one of many high-end vehicles they have on display.

As for the Ghost’s history, Rolls-Royce re-established itself under BMW ownership by leveraging modern platforms, engines, and technology. The Phantom set the tone, but it was massive. In 2009, Rolls-Royce introduced the Ghost as a more accessible entry point—relatively speaking. The first generation ran until 2020, when the Series II launched with major upgrades to the platform, powertrain, and the addition of trims like Black Badge.

This particular car has just 171 miles, essentially delivery mileage. With its full list of options, the MSRP comes in at $463,800. It’s easily the most expensive vehicle featured on the channel.

The exterior color is Arctic White. While it may sound simple, it looks exceptional in person—flawless, vibrant, and paired perfectly with the Black Badge accents. That paint option alone costs $13,100.

Exterior Walkaround

This is a 2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Black Badge. Despite being on the market for a few years, it still looks modern, elegant, and unmistakably Rolls-Royce.

The long hood is a signature design element, necessary to house the massive powertrain underneath. Compared to the Phantom, the Ghost has slightly sportier proportions, though that term is relative here.

The hood features sharp, straight character lines, and up front sits the Spirit of Ecstasy. On Black Badge models, it’s finished in darkened chrome instead of traditional bright chrome. The Pantheon grille follows the same black chrome theme.

The LED headlights feature intricate detailing, including Rolls-Royce “double R” badging inside each lens. Down low, aggressive venting, parking sensors, and radar systems are integrated cleanly into the design.

From the side, the Ghost’s proportions are long and imposing, with a slightly sloped rear and short overhangs. The 22-inch wheels are among the largest and most premium fitted to a production car. The Rolls-Royce center caps remain upright while driving, thanks to a weighted design.

Behind the wheels are massive brakes with six-piston front calipers finished in Forge Yellow—an optional feature that ties into the interior color scheme. The side badging and trim pieces are all black chrome, consistent with the Black Badge package.

A thin orange pinstripe runs the full length of the car, adding contrast against the white paint. Power-folding mirrors, black window trim, and tinted glass complete the look.

At the rear, the Black Badge treatment continues with darkened trim, blacked-out taillights, and quad exhaust finishers in black chrome. Parking sensors are neatly integrated, and the overall design remains understated but unmistakable.

Interior

Inside, this is the most impressive interior I’ve personally experienced. Everything feels meticulously crafted.

The cabin is fully customizable, and this car features a two-tone interior. Black leather covers most surfaces, while Forge Yellow accents appear on the seats and trim. The yellow isn’t overly bright—it has a subtle orange hue that complements the darker materials.

Visibility is excellent despite the long hood. Leather quality is exceptional, and trim materials include carbon-style finishes with mirrored Rolls-Royce badging.

The steering wheel feels substantial and refined, with clearly laid-out controls. The gear selector is a small stalk rather than a dial, with a push-button for park and simple movements for drive and reverse. Engine start is located to the left, similar to Porsche.

The doors are power-operated. Pressing and holding a button on the center console closes them automatically with a soft-close function.

Climate controls use physical buttons and offer four-zone climate control. Heated and ventilated seats are standard, and cupholders are finished in chrome. The central rotary controller manages infotainment functions, with additional controls nearby for suspension height, cameras, parking sensors, and door operation.

The seats are exceptionally soft and feature Arctic White piping that mirrors the exterior color. A 10.25-inch touchscreen supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster displays crisp, high-resolution graphics.

A traditional analog-style clock sits in the dashboard, alongside a blacked-out Spirit of Ecstasy emblem.

The 16-speaker, 600-watt audio system sounds excellent, aided by the car’s extreme cabin quietness.

Rear Seats

The rear doors also feature power-close functionality. Legroom is abundant, and the cabin feels cocooned and quiet.

The same black and Forge Yellow theme continues, along with rear climate controls, heated seats, and a large center armrest with pop-out cupholders and storage. Materials and finishes match the front perfectly.

One standout feature is the starlight headliner, which simulates a night sky even in a brightly lit showroom. Leather also extends fully to the headliner—an expensive option.

Additional details include premium floor mats, illuminated side sills, and exceptionally plush carpeting. Each rear door houses a built-in umbrella, integrated seamlessly into the door panel.

Cargo Area

The trunk opens via a power liftgate. Inside, the carpeting and trim quality match the cabin. The hinges are fully covered and painted in body color.

Cargo capacity measures 17.3 cubic feet. The space is wide and long enough to accommodate large suitcases, though there’s no visible underfloor storage.

Powertrain

Under the hood is a hand-built 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12, assembled in Goodwood, England. It produces 592 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The system also includes all-wheel steering and air suspension.

While this example isn’t available to drive today, it represents the most refined version of Rolls-Royce performance technology.

Closing Thoughts

That wraps up the review of the 2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge. It’s difficult to imagine a higher level of luxury and craftsmanship. If you want to see more vehicles from Vegas Auto Gallery, let me know in the comments.

Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you in the next episode.
