Nissan Priced the 2026 Rogue – No Rogue Hybrid Yet

Nissan is struggling, making its most important model, the Rogue, even more vital to its bottom line. Most expect the automaker to update the SUV with a new hybrid model soon, but Nissan’s 2026 Rogue announcement is free of anything other than light updates.

To be fair, Nissan could, and likely will, announce more about the Rogue Hybrid later on this year. For now, the 2026 Rogue has a new Dark Armor trim, which builds on the SV model with black exterior accents, 19-inch wheels, a black roof, and more. It also gets a 360-degree camera system, a panoramic moonroof, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel.

The Rogue’s powertrain carries over from 2025, which includes a turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine, which produces 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with a continuously variable transmission and either front- or all-wheel drive. While relatively efficient, the three-cylinder is buzzy and noisier than expected, though it’s decently powerful.

A 12.3-inch touchscreen with Google built-in is available, but an 8-inch unit comes standard. All models have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with the larger display offering wireless connectivity. Nissan ProPilot 2.1 is available, which brings hands-free driving on limited-access highways.

The 2026 Rogue starts at $30,180, a $200 increase over the 2025 model. Nissan hasn’t released pricing for the new Dark Armor trims yet, but the top Platinum model costs $40,380 after destination.
