Tariffs. High fuel prices from the war in Iran. High sticker prices caused by a raft of factors — prices that were high before tariffs. It’s not a pretty picture out there for car buyers and car owners.
If you’re in the market for a new or used car, how are you adapting to this environment? Same question for those of you who aren’t car shopping but do drive on a regular basis. For example, are high gas prices changing your driving habits?
Please stow the politics on this one — some of this is a direct result of President Trump’s policies, some of it is not, and some of it is arguable. But that’s besides the point. I am not asking who to blame, but rather, how you’re dealing with it.
And, quite frankly, it’s getting nasty in the comments again and more than a few of you are flirting with the banhammer. I do read the comments, and the lack of civility disturbs me. I’ve been diligent about deleting those comments that break rules, but I can’t catch them all. Nor can Corey. So please, play nice.
With that said, you know what to do.
Sound off below.
